Passed away peacefully, at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Orillia on Friday, February 14, 2025, at the age of 72 years. 

Loving husband and best friend of Carroll McMillin. Son of the late Harvey and Audrey Denne (nee Cooper). Sadly missed by his borrowed brothers & sisters Brian, Lynn, Terry, Bonnie, Curtis, and Marilyn Cooper. Fondly remembered by godchildren Jacquelyn & Torri Smith, Glenn Cooper and Gil Garrido. Wayne is survived by his sister-in-law Brenda Schrader (Daniel McMillin predeceased), uncle to Amanda McMillin Weisbrod (Ryan), Christopher McMillin (Laura) and great uncle to Braelyn, Adalyn, and Atlas. He will be deeply missed by his dog Jethro. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Wayne's Life will be held at the Ramona Hall, 2212 Fairgrounds Rd., Washago, on Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 1 - 4 pm.
