Vera Loreen Meadley

Vera passed away peacefully, at Victoria House, Orillia, on Wednesday, September 20th, 2023, in her 95th year.  Vera, loving mother of Jane, Julia, Rex (Karen) and Geoff (Suzanne).  Cherished grandmother of Michelle Metrow, Andre Derrick, Alex & Scott Meadley and Stacey and Emily Meadley, and a loving great grandmother to Konrad and AJ Derrick.  Vera was the daughter of the late Herbert and Irene Dredge.  Dear sister of Jack (Betty predeceased), Norm (Lois predeceased) Dredge, Sister-in-law Lydia Dredge and brother-in-law Ken Cameron. Predeceased by her siblings Tim (Margaret), Dorothy, Bob (Irene), Helen Cameron, Margaret ( George) Ismond, Shirley Dredge, and Herb.  Vera will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and their families.  Cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Service to take place at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St., N., Orillia, on Thursday, September 28th, 2023 at 1 pm.  Interment; St. Andrew's - St. James' Cemetery, Orillia.  If desired, memorial donations to the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence are welcomed at www.mundellfuneralhome.com
