In Memory of Tangerine Marie Wilkie

The family of Tangerine Marie Wilkie is saddened to announce her passing on Monday, August 3, 2026, at the age of 40.

Tangi’s greatest accomplishment in life was her son, Thomas, of whom she was endlessly proud. We know that her love will continue to surround him always.

She was the deeply loved daughter of Gerry and Sandi Wilkie, Sherry (Rob) Beckwith and Dan Long. She was the older sister of Jordan (Lindsay) Long, Taylor Wilkie, David (Rebecca) Wilkie, and Grace Long, and a loving aunt to Rari, Veyron, and Noah. Granddaughter to Robert and Noreen Wilkie (pre-deceased), Lorraine Dupuis (pre-deceased) and Stephen Beckwith (pre-deceased). She will also be remembered by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.

Though her life was far too short, Tangi leaves behind years of memories, moments, and experiences that those who loved her will hold close to their hearts. Through life's joys and challenges, the love of her family never wavered. She will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always loved.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has offered their love, prayers, and support during this difficult time.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia, from 4-6:30 PM, with words of remembrance in the Chapel from 6:30- 7 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Toronto General UHN Foundation.
