Passed away peacefully at Oak Terrace, Orillia on Sunday, October 19th at the age of 92.

Sylvia, wife of the late Cornelis (Cor).

Loving mother of Gord Lak, Bonnie (Frank) Richards, Debbie Lak (Michael), Colleen (Joseph, predeceased) Jaxa-Debicki, Melody Lak and Suzanne (Peter) Cole.

Sister of the late Bernie Mikolovich.

Sylvia will also be lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Friday, October 24th from 12 noon until time of Funeral Service in the chapel at 1 p.m.

Interment at St. Andrew’s - St. James’ Cemetery, Orillia.
