Passed away peacefully at Solders' Memorial Hospital, Orillia, on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at the age of 95 years. Shirley, beloved wife of the late Lorne Samarelli. Loving mother of Michael & wife

Jane of Pickering and Leanne Wimpory of Orillia. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer Samarelli and Daniel & Garrett Wimpory. Proud great grandmother of Matthew Molina. After retiring from the Scarborough Board of Education, Shirley became very active with the Washago Seniors and the Washago Lioness. She enjoyed quilting, bowling, playing cards with friends and she would often be found reading a good book. At Shirley's request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place.
