McCarron; Sherry (nee Allen)
Died peacefully at Hospice Simcoe on October 10th, 2023 with her husband Don by her side in her 72nd year. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in July. Survived by their two children Tamara Lynne and Justin Anthony. Sister of  Craig Wilson Allen (predeceased) (Sheila) and the late Wendy Jean Allen who died during WWII. Daughter of the late Jack Raymond Allen and Jean Wilson Allen. One of the honours for Sherry's parents while Jack was Reeve of East York was for them both to be presented to Queen Elizabeth II. Sister in law of Tom (Audrey). Survived by two Aunties and cousins on the Allen side and  nieces and nephews on the McCarron side. Visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 2 PM until time of Funeral Service at 4 PM in the chapel. Cremation to follow. If desired, memorial donations to the Royal Victoria Regional Cancer Centre Barrie.
