She was predeceased by sisters-in-law Darlene Ayers (John), Marlene Fleet (George), and Bernice Gill (Bill), as well as brother-in-law Barry Armstrong. Ruth will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and their families. Ruth will be remembered dearly as a true friend to many.

Ruth was a devoted member of the Women of Westmount Church (WCW), where she built deep friendships and served faithfully within her community. Her quiet strength, generosity, and spirit of service left a lasting impact on all who knew her.

An avid sewer and gardener, Ruth found great joy in creating beautiful things -whether with her hands at the sewing machine or in the soil of her cherished gardens. She shared her talents generously and often, always with warmth and a welcoming smile.

Nothing brought Ruth greater happiness than spending time with her grandchildren. She delighted their lives, cheered them on in every milestone, and created countless cherished memories through simple moments filled with love, laughter, and wisdom.
