Passed away suddenly at home on Monday December 19, 2022 at the age of 63. Ron, beloved husband of Karen O'Connell. Loving father of Angela (Chris), Ryan, Travis (Anne), RJ (Meagan) and Meghan (David). Proud grandfather of Tayla, Lucas, Gabrielle, Gavin, Vada, Noah, Sage, Grayson and Kaden. Dear son of the late Olive and Kenneth Long. Loved brother of Cameron Long (predeceased), Marilyn Maher, Nancy Henderson and Karen Hetherington. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N.,. Orillia on Thursday December 22, 2022 from 1 -3 PM & 6 - 8 PM. Funeral Service will be held on Friday morning, December 23, 2022 at 11 am in the chapel. Spring Interment; Coopers Falls Free Methodist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
