Robin Wilson Simcoe

Peacefully at home on June 18th, 2026, just two weeks after his 61st birthday.

Reunited with parents Cora & Wilson Simcoe, and siblings Max "Boy" (Angela), and Pam (Rob Beers, surviving). Loving brother of Lorraine, Cindy (Darryl), and Patti (Shawn). Cherished uncle and great-uncle to many nieces & nephews; dearly missed by many cousins. Dear Godfather to Cara. Robin will be remembered fondly by his extended family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He will be dearly missed by his cat-companion, Ri-Ley, as well as his countless outdoor critters he fed and befriended over the years. Robin was an avid, lifelong baseball fan; local Rama & Simcoe County baseball games won't be the same without him.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West Street North, Orillia. A casual Celebration of Robin's Life will be held at the Rama Community Hall, 5950 Rama Road, Rama, on Tuesday, June 23. Family and friends are invited to gather from 10:00am with a time of remembrance at 11:00am. Robin will be laid to rest at the Rama First Nations Cemetery, Rama, immediately following. In keeping with Robin's love of baseball, guests are encouraged to leave the formal attire at home, and wear a favourite baseball jersey or team apparel.
