Passed away at Victoria House, Orillia on Tuesday August 20, 2024 at the age of 93. Peter, beloved husband of Patricia Mary (formerly Grieve - nee O'Hallarn). Cherished father of Anthony Ross & wife Marina of Richmond Hill, Renée Frost & husband Warren Nichol of Orillia and step-father of Patrick Grieve & wife Stephanie of Orillia. Proud grandfather of Antonella and Rosalie Ross, Ellen McIsaac (Ryan) and Bobby Frost, James and Riley Grieve. Brother of Donald (predeceased) & wife Margaret, Robert (predeceased), Gerald (predeceased), Margaret Allan & husband Gordon (both predeceased) and David ( predeceased).

Peter took great satisfaction from his long-time career, of 41 years, with the Toronto Dominion Bank, but his real sense of pride came from giving back to community; where he served on the Board of Directors with the Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital Foundation and was instrumental in launching the OSMH golf tournament & gala.

Following cremation, a Celebration of Peter's Life will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Saturday August 24, 2024 from 1 PM - 4 PM. Words and memories will be shared at 2:30 PM. If desired, memorial donations to the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital or charity of choice would be appreciated.
