Pearl passed away peacefully, at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Orillia on Friday, February 10, 2023, at the age of 99, only 37 days away from her 100th birthday.  Pearl Elshaw, beloved wife of the late Grenville Elshaw.  Loving mother of Patricia (William predeceased0 Udell of Coldwater.  Also loved by her grandsons Chris (Mary) and Kelly (Julie) Udell.  Dear sister of Marion, Doug, Gladys, Joan, Keith, Glen and Terry all predeceased.  Pearl is survived by her many nieces, nephews and their families.  Pearl was born in Coldwater and lived there until she was 18, then she moved to Orillia where she met Grenville and they were married in 1942.  Grenville & Pearl then moved to Rexdale in 1966 where Grenville became employed with Douglas Aircraft until 1981.  Once retired they moved back to Orillia.  A Funeral Service will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St., N., Orillia on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 1 pm.  Private Family interment; St. Andrew's - St. James' Cemetery, Orillia.  If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital.  Messages of condolence are welcomed at www.mundellfuneralhome.com
