CLARKE, Patrick Bernard

(May 6, 1940 - December 15, 2025)

Passed away peacefully at home at the age of 85. Beloved husband of 57 years, to the late Diane (nee McIntaggart). Loving father of Brenda Goldsmith (predeceased, 2020) (Chuck) of Orillia and Mary-Lou Martinez (Lou) of Toronto. Loved dearly by his six grandchildren, Samantha (Mitchell), Mallory (Tyson), Emily, Jack, Zack and Dylan. Proud great-grandfather to Brooks. Devoted son of the late Patrick and Helen Clarke. Dear brother of Margaret Kehoe (Frank) and predeceased by his brother Ted Clarke. Bernard is survived by his sister-in-law Helen Clarke. He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.

Friends and relatives will be received at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Friday, December 19 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm with Parish Prayers said in the parlour at 6:45 pm. Then to St. Columbkille’s Roman Catholic Church, Uptergrove (4993 ON-12, Ramara) for Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday afternoon, December 20th at 2:00pm. Bernard will rest with Diane in St. Columbkille’s Cemetery, Uptergrove, come Spring 2026. If desired, memorial donations to St. Columbkille's Building Fund, Canadian Cancer Society or the Charity of Ones Choice would be appreciated.
