Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the Mariposa House Hospice, Severn, on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2022, at the age of 90 years.  Murray Hooper, loving partner of Marion Lindsay and predeceased by his loving wife Norene (Nee Hoskin).  Dear father of Beth Hooper (Carlo), Robert & Loreen Hooper and Anne (Glenn) Phyper.  Cherished poppa of Danielle (Jacob), Michelle (Joel), Jeff (Jenn), Melissa, Shawn (Samantha), Ryan (Ernestine) and great poppa of Jolie, Lexi, Sophie and James.  Loved brother of Keith (Marilyn), and Faye (Bob predeceased).  Murray is survived by his nephews, a niece (predeceased) and their families.  Cremation to take place.  Relatives and friends are invited to meet the family at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St., N., Orillia on Friday, May 6, 2022 from 1 pm until time of Memorial Service in the chapel at 2 pm.   For those of you who are unable to attend the service, you may watch the service via "LIVE STREAM" by clicking on the following link https://event.forgetmenotceremonies.com/ceremony?c=638df407-ee9f-4160-9f35-7fc594f7ccab and pre-registering your device.  Interment to be held at a later date.   In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Mariposa House Hospice http://www.mariposahousehospice.com
