Peacefully at Spencer House on November 17, 2024, in her 96th year. Loving sister of Arthur Van Ray (Clarinda) of Brazil. Dear Aunt of Cesar Van Ray of Brazil, and Jacqueline Van Ray (Alessio Batista) of Orillia. Great Aunt of Matheus, Thomas and Dilana. 

Miriam often travelled and lived in various different countries. She was a very talented pianist and was quite proud of the fact that she learned to speak 5 languages. Miriam is sadly missed by all of her family in Brazil and her friends at Spencer House. 

Arrangements have been entrusted with Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West Street North, Orillia. Cremation has taken place. In Miriam’s memory, please consider making a donation to the Comfy Cat Shelter.
