DOREY, Michael Stephen passed away peacefully at RVH, Barrie with his family by his side, on Monday, Sept. 1st, 2025, in his 88th year. Michael Dorey, of Innisfil, beloved husband for 59 years of Elizabeth Dawn Dorey (predeceased in 2018). Loving husband of Mary Sheila Smith of Innisfil. Loving father of Steve & wife Linda Dorey (Reda) of Barrie and Kimberly Burke (Rob) of Orillia. Dear grandmother of Brandon (Lauren), Brett (Angela) & Luke Dorey of Barrie, and Jordan Burke (Phil Lalonde) of Orillia. Great Grandfather of Mareile and Madeleine Schaefer & Freya Lalonde of Orillia. Brother-in-law of Penny Sheppard of Burlington. Uncle of Andrew and Patty Keeting of Milton and Scott and Charlotte Keeting of Oakville. Mike was predeceased by his parents Reginald and Catherine Dorey of Orillia.
