Mary passed away peacefully at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Orillia, on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at the age of 91 years. Mary, beloved wife of the late Jack Hopper. Loving mother of Lynda Marie Dwinnell (predeceased), Paul (Janet) Dwinnell of Oro-Medonte and Kevin (Marion) Dwinnell also of Severn. Cherished grandmother of James (Erika) Dwinnell, Leanne (David) Loewen and step-grandson Wil Horne. Mary is a great grandmother to Desiree (Raya), Cameron and Connor. Dear sister of Jack & Don Turner (both predeceased). She is survived by her sister-in-law Jill Turner of Severn and her nieces, nephews and their families. The late Mary Hopper will rest at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St., N., Orillia on Friday, July 17, 2026, from 12 noon until time of service in the chapel at 1 pm. Reception to follow. Interment to take place at St. Andrew's-St. James' Cemetery, Orillia at 3:15 pm. If desired, memorial donations can be made to the Charity of Ones Choice would be appreciated.
