Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at Orillia Soldier’s Memorial Hospital on Friday September 19th 2025 in her 67th year. Beloved spouse and best friend to John Lynch. Loving devoted mother to Toni and Stevie. Dear daughter of Donald and Norma (both predeceased). Sister of Donna (Dale), Susan and Joe (both predeceased), Nancy and Gail (predeceased), and Michael (Dalia). Fondly remembered and sadly missed by nieces, nephews, friends and coworkers.

Lori spent 25 years working as a Personal Support Worker at Oak Terrace Long Term Care and was respected and adored by the residents and team members. At the age of 50, she returned to school and obtained her diploma with honors as a Registered Practical Nurse. Following graduation, she began her new career at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital on the Mental Health unit where she was known as ‘The Warden’; she was firm but fair. Lori excelled in both careers as she gifted those around her with compassion, empathy, knowledge, and her unique sense of humour. Lori was a caring woman who spent most of her life thinking about others.
