Linda Tanner-Carleton

Passed away with her daughters by her side, at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Orillia on January 15, 2026, in her 75th year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Carleton. Loving mother of Richard "Rick" Tanner (Pamela), Naomi Smith, and Leah Smith (Dave Huff). Proud grandma of Margaret, Hailey, Ryan, James, Damon, Dakota, Bailey, Skylynn, Nevaeh, and great grandma of Kai, Keaton, and Romeo. Cherished daughter of Connie Tanner and the late Richard Tanner. Dear sister of Carol Meyer (Otto), Donald Tanner, and Janet Sinclair (Al). Linda will always be remembered for her determination, her incredible work ethic, and the deep compassion she showed to everyone she supported throughout her career and volunteer work.

Visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home on Thursday, January 22nd from 11 a.m. until time of service in the chapel at 1 p.m. Interment: St. Andrew's - St. James' Cemetery, Orillia. In memory of Linda, memorial donations to the Living for Jesus Outreach Ministries would be gratefully appreciated.
