Peacefully, at Oak Terrace, Orillia, on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024, at the age of 88 years. Lillian, beloved wife of the late Wilfred Polmateer. Loving mother of Pat Carriere (Simon predeceased) of North Bay, Carl Rivett of Keswick and Cheryl McCullough (Chuck) of Orillia. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Neal, Maureen (Ryan), Steven (Amy), Vicky (Trever), Raymond (Jennifer), Aaron (Sara), Stephanie (Iain), Nicholas and her 18 great grandchildren and her 4 great great grandchildren. Dear sister of Mary Gower (Daniel), Iva Ferguson (Calvin) all predeceased, Esther White (Cecil predeceased), Steve Lightfoot (Carol), Sandy Leigh (Allan predeceased) and Margaret predeceased. Cremation to take place. Family Celebration to take place at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Simcoe County or the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
