Batchelor, Kevin John (School teacher at Harriett Todd Public School) Passed away at home surrounded by his family on Sunday, March 29, 2015, at the age of 61. Beloved husband of Jenny (nee: Baker). Loving Dad to Jesse (Donna), Kelly (Ian) and Chris (Justine). Proud Grandad of Troy, Gareth and Lennox. Dear brother of June Gordon. Predeceased by his parents Jack & Kathleen Batchelor. Kevin will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, friends, notably Steve & Stu, as well as, many co-workers and students. Kevin was a passionate supporter of music and the arts with a strong love for life. Visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Wednesday, April 1st from 6 - 9 p.m. and on Thursday, April 2nd from 12 noon until time of service at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of Kevin's love of music & art, memorial donations to the Kevin J. Batchelor Endowment Fund c/o the Orillia Museum of Art & History would be appreciated.
