Passed away after a courageous battle with Alzheimers surrounded by his family at Leacock Long Term Care Home on Friday, November 28th, 2025 in his 76th year.

John, formerly of Brampton, beloved husband and best friend Kelly. Loving father of Brodie, Shannon (Brandon) , Robyn (Andrew,) Jill (Steve). Best grandfather to Brayden, Orion, Evalynn, Jack, Luke and Julianne.

Dear son of the late James and Kathleen Mitchell.

Survived by his sister Lynda Reynolds (nee Mitchell) (Robert)

John was a prominent member of the Toronto and Brampton Real Estate Boards for 50+ years and sat as a member of the Board of Directors. His community involvement has included chairing the Public Relations Committee for the Peel Children's Aid Society and organizing many of its fund raising events.
