Heather Sheppard

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Heather Sheppard.  Heather passed away peacefully at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Orillia surrounded by family, she was in her 68th year.  Heather is survived by her husband George and her children; Nicole (Erin), Shannon (Leroy), Michelle (Paul) and Lesley (Kyle); her grandchildren Connor, Jordon, Sadie, Chelsea, Kiara, Kay-lee, Jo-Jo, Cotton and Wyatt; her brothers Wayne (Judy) & Gary and her nephew Matthew (Jaime).  Heather was a dedicated & cherished wife and mother; a proud and devoted grandmother and she will be greatly missed by all.  A special thank-you to friends and family, as well as the hospital nursing staff for all the kinds words and support during this difficult time.
Visitation for Heather will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home on Thursday, September 9th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Interment to follow at Bethel Cemetery, followed by a gathering at Heather and George's residence.  If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
