Fleury, Gail Ester (nee: Harris)

March 26, 1948 - January 15, 2026

Passed away on January 15, 2026, at home surrounded by family. She lost her battle with cancer today. Gail was a strong, loving, courageous woman to the end.

Gail was a loving wife, of 45 years to Jean-Guy Fleury and a wonder caring mom to Jennifer (Wayne), John (Lisa), and Jeremy (Sheri) and proud grandmother and great grandmother (G.G.).

Predeceased by her parents Lester Harris, Rhoda Harris Hines, Earl Hines and siblings Bertha (Tom) Becksmith, Judy (Tom) Harris, and Larry (Lori) Henderson. Survived by her brother Larry (Peggy).

If my parting has left a void fill, it with joy, feel my touch within the rays of the sun. Don't grieve for me for I am free, as I say goodbye remember I loved all of you, so please don't weep. Love one another and I will walk beside you every day and remember I love you to the moon and back.

She's been to the darkness of hell, endured the most desolate times, and has been made strong through endurance. Now she walks with the fearlessness of a wolf, the bravery of a lion, and the fierceness of a dragon.
