Much loved father of son Frederick Jr. and daughters Heather Manente (Dino predeceased) and Donna Coulson. Loving son of the late David Alfred Coulson and Edith Irene Coulson. Fred was a hardworking family man and loved to tell his stories about growing up in Capreol, and being a train dispatcher for CNR. He joined the Navy and was posted in BC where he deciphered Japanese Morse Code. After his railroad days he had a very successful insurance career. In his younger years he was a proud member of the Masonic Temple and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion. Those who knew him would attest to his boundless energy and remarkable agility as he celebrated 100 years. He was a remarkable man and lived a happy life up until his health declined in the last few months.  As a family we would like to thank the Bayshore nurses who were so kind and thoughtful with every visit and PSW 's Kerry and Trish for all your help. We are especially grateful to Dr. Erica Catford and her team who helped us  tremendously as we travelled through dad's final journey. Our family is also grateful for the special care Tracey provided, they truly shared a special bond. And Eileen for the calm and gentle treatment during his final days. Cremation has taken place and he has joined his beloved wife in the Mausoleum at Innisvale Cemetery.
