Peacefully, at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Orillia on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at the age of 89 years.  Ellen, beloved wife of the late Clifford James Smith.  Loving mother of Roger (Valerie) , Mike (predeceased)(Gail), Nora (predeceased), and Charlie (Jessie).  Cherished grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  Dear sister of Margaret Simpson (Donald predeceased) and Dorothy Young (Joseph)(both predeceased.  Cremation has taken place.  If desired, memorial donations may be made to Mariposa House Hospice or Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
