Dorothy Evelyn (King) Evans

Gone Home to be with her Lord and Saviour on June 6, 2023 at the Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Orillia in her 94th year.  Dorothy was born on August 1, 1929 in Mount Pleasant, Nova Scotia to the parents of the late Harland & Stella King.  She married the love of her life the late Albert Henry Evans on September 29, 1951 in Toronto.  She is survived by her much loved son and daughter-in-law, Bill & Fabiene Evans and her cherished grandchildren Shaun and Chantelle.  Dorothy will be fondly remembered by many friends from her Cornerstone Baptist Church family and the Big Cedar Estates community.  As per Dorothy's wishes, cremation has taken place which will be followed by a private interment at St. Andrew's - St. James' Cemetery.  If desired, memorial donations to Cornerstone Baptist Church would be gratefully appreciated.  Messages of condolence are welcomed at www.mundellfuneralhome.com
