SCOTT, Donald James: Passed peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Sunday, April 6, 2014 . Dear husband of 58 years to Norma. Loving father of Donna (Bill), David, and Jim (Marsha). Much loved Poppa of Ryan and Alex. Survived by his sister, Peggy. Following cremation, at Don's request, there will be no service. Celebration of life to be arranged. Thank you to the 2nd floor staff at Oak Terrace for their exellent care over the past 22 months. A very special thank you to Dr. Nancy Harris for her compassion and extraordinary care during Don's final days. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
