Colleen Olive Mangan

Passed away at home in Orillia, surrounded by her family on Monday February 12, in her 75th year. Colleen Olive Mangan of Orillia, was the beloved wife of Basil Morris Mangan, loving mother of Amy (Ross) and Blair Mangan of Orillia and devoted Grandma to Liam Garraway and her furry friend, Quill. Beloved daughter of the late John Patrick and Olive Honora (Foley) McNaney. Dear sister of Mary (Lawrence) Fitzgerald (both predeceased), Pat McNaney (Anne predeceased), Peter McNaney (predeceased), Jack McNaney (predeceased), and Lucille (Mel) Burke (both predeceased). Colleen will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, their families, and her close friends, as well as her many clients from her 57 year career of hairdressing. Colleen's family would like to thank the cancer care staff at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital and Royal Victoria Hospital, especially Doctor Ng, for their professional and thoughtful care. A celebration of Colleen's life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Orillia on Saturday May 4th from 2 to 5 pm. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Oncology Department at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital or the charity of your choice.
