It is with heavy hearts that the family of Beverly Ann Monoogian announces her passing on October 4, 2025 at the Mariposa House Hospice in her 82nd year, reuniting with her parents, George and Dorothy.

She was the proud and loving mother of Nadine Akers (Simon), Adam Akers and Laurie Beers (Shawn). She will be deeply missed by her sister Barbara Stephens (Bill), and fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Kyla (Kevin), Matthew (Kia), Lucas, Maya, Eric and her great grandchildren.

Beverly was born in Belleville and moved her way up north to pursue her nursing career where she flourished and excelled in her field for over 35 years. Her sense of humour could knock anyone's socks off. Not only will she be truly missed by all of her family and friends, but those she touched at Mariposa House.

Beverly‘s family would like to send a special thank you to the doctors and nurses of Soldier‘s Memorial with special thanks to Emily Greb, Dr. Anand and all the staff at Mariposa House for the exceptional caregiving to our mother. You are truly angels on earth.

A celebration of life will be held at Mundell's Funeral Home 79 West St., N., Orillia, on October 11th, 2025 from 11am-2pm, with words to be said at 12:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Mariposa House Hospice.
