Barry Cornish

Passed away in Orillia on December 3, 2024, in his 83rd year. Loving father of Cindy Cassels (David) and the late Brett Cornish. Proud Big Grandpa of Samantha (Tim), Brett (Kassidy) and Great Big Grandpa of Bryson, Landen, Avery, Gavin, and Easton. Dear brother of Roy Cornish (Kathy). Barry will be sadly missed by his special cousin Dan Cornish and will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Barry had two deep passions in life, the love for his family and volunteering for the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch#34, Orillia. He will be remembered as an avid campaigner for the Poppy Fund. The family wishes to thank the staff at Trillium Manor where he spent the last chapter of his life.

A Celebration of Barry's Life will be held on Sunday, December 15th from 2 - 4 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch#34 located at 215 Mississaga St. E., Orillia. If desired, memorial donations to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch#34, Orillia - Poppy Fund would be appreciated.
