We regretfully announce the passing of Lyla Martin on June 30, 2026. Lyla passed at age 105 and was the loving Grandmother of Raymond, Elizabeth (Bill), Melanie (Joe) and Michael (Crystal). Cherished Great- Grandmother of Madison, Charlotte, Samantha, Zakkary, Kristen, Ryan, Ashley, Justin, Zack, Nicholas, Angeli, Emma and Haley.

Lyla was the eldest daughter in a family of eight children. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Arthur “Bud” with whom she shared more than 50 years of marriage, and by her son , David.

Lyla will be fondly remembered by her 4 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

A private family service will be held later this month in Orillia. Arrangements entrusted to the Mundell Funeral Home.
