Peacefully at Rama Extended Care Facility, surrounded by family on June 2, 2026, at the age of 76. Beloved wife of the late Sonny Simcoe (2009). Loving and devoted mother to Brandon (Tara), Steven (Danielle), and Twyla (Zig, predeceased). Proud Gramma to six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Dear daughter of the late George and Ida-Mae King (nee Laforme). Dear sister to Clyde, Veronica (Calvin), Valerie, Clynten; predeceased by siblings Rodney, Robin (Sandy), Kenneth (Dorothy), Errol, Jewel, Judith, Eugene, William, Dean, Henri; and dear sister-in-law to Jackie, Connie, Mitchell, Jenny, Gina (Roger), Penny (late Rick), Deanna, and the late Iris & Phillip. Lovingly remembered by over 100 nieces, nephews, who adored her greatly. Reunited with her special friend Tina Shilling (predeceased). Kathy will be remembered by her deep sense of kindness, her smile, the corny jokes she always told, and her strong love for her family.
