Passed away peacefully in his 79th year with his loving children by his side at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on August 29, 2026.

Beloved husband of Noula (predeceased) of 57 years. Loving father to Joey (Trish) of Sebright, Kathy (Chris) of Sebright and Michael (Nicky) of Orillia. Cherished Grandpa/Poppa to Hannah, Michael, Ally, Sarah, Travis, Tyler, Johnny, Braydan and Sophie. Proud great grandfather to Brodrick, Cooper, Dallon, Weston, Austin, Pyper, Ruthie, Abel, Payton, Sawyer, Clara and Jack.

Dad you will always be remembered for your strong sense of family, love of the outdoors and tales of fishing and hunting.

The family would like to express gratitude to the Helping Hands Staff who supported him allowing him to remain independent in his home.

Cremation has taken place at Joe's request there will be no visitation or service. A private celebration of life will take place at a later date.
