Betty lived an active life in London, Ontario for fifty years and spent her last seven years in Orillia. She was a devout member of Metropolitan United Church; matriarch and role model to her loving family. Family and friends enjoyed many happy times at Betty and Warren’s home on 291 Sarnia Rd. in London, and their cottage in Kincardine, Ontario. Betty will be remembered for her love of life and family, generosity, energy, compassionate spirit, joyous laugh, the twinkle in her eye, and love of all desserts. Betty enjoyed every stage of her long and accomplished life. Betty’s family would like to thank the caring staff at Birchmere Retirement Residence in Orillia. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Terry Fox Foundation (www.terryfox.org) or a charity of your choice.
