CRAIG, Stanley G. (Past President of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #34 Orillia) Died peacefully at Sara Vista Nursing Home in Elmvale on Saturday, July 24, 2010; in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Joan (nee: Prior) for 64 years. Dearest father of Lynda Bowden (Ray) and Stephen Craig (Cathy). Grandfather of Leanne Cooke (Rick), Larry Smith (Jane), Jeffery Craig, Heather Bowden and Shaun Bowden (Leeann). Great-grandfather of Ashley Tinney, Craig Smith, Jessica Smith, Brodie Smith, Jacob Connery, Aleesha Bowden and Darryl Bowden. Great-great-grandfather of Brandon. Son of the late Edward and Luella Craig. Predeceased by brothers Lorne, Ron and Ken. Stan will be missed by his nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Members of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #34 Orillia are asked to gather for service in the Normandy Room of the Royal Canadian Legion, 215 Mississaga St. E., on Friday, July 30, 2010 at 1 o'clock.
