SAUNDERS, Jean Stephania It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jean Saunders on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Soldiers' Memorial in Orillia. Jean was the beloved wife of the late Jim Saunders. Much loved mother of Stephen (Beverly), Theresa Young (predeceased)(Grant), Bruce, Janet Daunt (Joe), Peter (Louise) and Andrea Gaspar (Joe). Jean was blessed with 12 wonderful grandchildren. Dear sister of Olga Duga (John) and Emily Kozak and sister-in-law of Eileen and John Clarke, Tony and Bette Saunders and Margaret Crockett. The late Mrs. Saunders will rest at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. Parish prayers will be said in the parlour on Sunday afternoon at 4 p.m. Then to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 64 Muskoka St., Washago for Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, July 26, 2010 at 1 o'clock. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations may be made to the Simcoe-Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre or to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
